How the city works
biddy is an ad auction drawn as a city skyline. Nine towers carry thirty ads, ranked by total money spent. The highest payer owns the tallest tower in the centre; every rank below it gets a smaller spot further out.
How to take a spot
- Enter your site's URL in the bid form. We visit the site and pull its real name, logo and description.
- Pick an amount. To pass whoever holds a rank you must spend $1 more than their total.
- Pay by card. The moment payment completes, your site moves into its new rank — instantly. There is no waiting period and no protection for the current #1.
Money never burns
Everything you have ever paid counts as one running total. If your site sits at #7 with $24 spent and the leader holds $30, passing them costs only the difference plus a dollar: $7, not $31. Your old money is never lost — each payment stacks on top of the last.
Numbers
- Minimum entry: $1.
- Overtake step: exactly $1 above the target's total.
- No ceiling — bid whatever the top spot is worth to you.
- Prices are in US dollars.
Content
Ads must link to a real, reachable website. We fetch the logo and description from the site itself; listings that are unreachable, misleading or unlawful can be paused or removed without refund.
